Our hotel defines the policy of individual information protection, and all the employees handle, maintain and control the individual information in accordance with it.

１）Purpose of collection

We ask about provision of individual information to customers.
We request customers to confirm and provide information on all occasions.
The information includes reservation of staying, application for present, survey by questionnaire, application and participation to event as well as registration of e-mail service and membership, etc.

２）Details of collection

As information to specify a customer, we ask name, address and telephone number of the customer. In addition, we ask e-mail address and date of birth, etc. for some services.
You do not have to answer all the questions in some cases, but you might not be allowed to stay in our hotel in some services. We request your cooperation.

３）Purpose of use

We use information provided by you to confirm reservation of staying and customer of membership, provision of service the customer registered, and case where we need to contact customer for some reason.

４）Provision

We do not collect and use customer’s individual information without permission of customer. Even in case where it is permitted, it is used solely for its purpose. We do not disclose information to third party except for the case where provision of individual information is allowed or it is required by law.

We control individual information we have with strict care.
We established a rule for illegal access, theft and loss, etc., in our hotel, and introduced a security system including fire wall. We also provide training for employees based on the rule..These measures are reviewed regularly, and we make an effort to maintain the information to be safe.

We comply with individual information protection law and other related laws. To protect individual data that we handle appropriately, we provide employees the training.

When customer’s individual data are required to be disclosed, corrected and deleted etc., we handle it appropriately in accordance with individual protection law and procedure defined by us.
